Return Policy
When you purchase from Faucets4cheap, you have our guarantee that every item we sell will be brand new from the manufacturer.
We do not sell used, refurbished or factory second products. All of our products are new products, sold with any warranties
that are included by the manufacturer. We have a local "Brick and Mortar" Showroom in which we display many of the products
we sell on our site. We are authorized to sell all the products we carry on our site and sell in our showroom.
With that said, products do occasionally have defects, or are damaged in shipping.
If your order arrives in any condition other than first quality, we will exchange the product at *no cost to you.
You are never stuck with any product that arrives to you damaged or defective. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please
contact us via our toll free line 888-386-1171, or send us an email to info@faucets4cheap.com notifying us that your order has arrived
damaged or defective. Upon receiving notification that a product has arrived damaged or defective, we will email you a Returned Goods Authorization # (RGA#),
and a return label via UPS which will have the correct address to return the product back to us. Once the merchandise has been delivered by UPS back to our
location, we will then ship the replacement product at no cost to you. You do not have to pay return shipping charges, or any other fees. Please note that we
cannot expedite shipping free of charge for replacement of defective or damaged product. Whichever shipping method was used to ship the original order will be
the same shipping method we ship the replacement product. If your product arrives damaged or defective, you must allow us the opportunity to exchange the product.
If you cancel and return the order without obtaining a replacement, a 30% restocking fee will be charged. However, there is no fee to exchange a damaged or defective
item for a replacement product.
If you wish to return an item that is not damaged or defective please read the return instructions below:
Items are able to be returned if the following conditions are met:
- Item must be an active inventory item with the manufacturer. We will not accept product back that has
been discontinued by the Manufacturer. We try to let customers know when thye place their order that the
item is discontinued when they order it, but there are circumstances where an item wasn't discontinued
when purchased, and then after having the item and wanting to return it, the item has been discontinued.
- Item was never installed. Arrives back in the manufacturer's original packaging with all accessories and in resalable condition. Manufacturer's original packaging must not have
any labels or marking on the exterior of the packaging.
- Have return instructions and an RGA number from a Faucets4cheap.com associate.
- Be paid for back to the location specified in Faucets4cheap.com's RGA Instructions. This address may be different than the address from where we
originally shipped the item.
- Be made within 30 days of receiving your product. After 30 days of receipt of merchandise, no returns or exchanges can be made.
- Have the return shipping information along with your name and the order # emailed to info@faucets4cheap.com within 2 days of returning item.
If any of the 6 conditions listed above have not been met, YOU CANNOT RETURN THE ITEM(S). To return an item, please call our toll free number (888-386-1171) or (509-525-0998 for Out of Country Calls) and
a Faucets4cheap.com associate will issue a return goods authorization number (RGA) and assist you with return shipping instructions. In order to get an RGA, you
will have to email or fax us stating that you agree to the applicable restocking fee rates listed below. Credits are normally issued within 30 business days from
when we have received the product back. This return policy is for your protection and our protection. No exceptions will be made to these rules.
All items in the "Super Sale Items" category cannot be returned. They are sold as is and are not returnable, non exchangeable, non refundable.
If a return is made to Faucets4cheap.com without a Returned Goods Authorization (in other words, if you do not inform us of the return before you make it;
or if you refuse goods that were to be delivered to you without going through our return process) then Faucets4cheap.com will charge an extra 15% return
processing fee.
If a customer makes a chargeback on a credit card, Faucets4cheap.com reserves the right to charge an added 15% Dispute Fee because such chargebacks are expensive
for Faucets4cheap.com. If you have a question or a dispute, please contact the returns department to come to a resolution. Thank you.
Fees for returning items:
- 25%-We charge a 25% restocking fee if you would like to return an item and purchase another similar item to replace the original item purchased.
- 30%-We charge a 30% restocking fee on all other returns. There are no exceptions.
- 50%-We charge a 50% restocking fee on Special Order Factory Returns. If an item is special order, there is a 50% fee to return. We will notify you if an item is
special order before we charge you card. Most items we well are not Special Ordered from the factory.
Pricing errors:
Please be advised that due to human error, our site may list incorrect pricing. While we make every effort to ensure these mistakes do not happen,
Faucets4cheap.com cannot honor incorrect prices. In the event an error is found, most of the time we will inform the customer BEFORE the order is placed with
our vendor or shipped to the customer. In some instances, this will not be possible, and we will inform our customer at a later time. If we inform a customer
of a pricing error, the customer will have the option to place the order with the correct pricing or to cancel the order completely. We apologize in advance
for any errors on our website, and we will keep these mistakes to a minimum.
