Occasionally we cannot offer Free Shipping even if your total order reaches the dollar amount specified for
the promotion. Our Online Shipping calcultor does not notify you if items can be
shipped together for free or not. Once you place your order, if items are not able to ship together, we will contact you via
phone and/or email. We do not charge your credit card until we have verified that items are in stock and can ship per our agreement.
So if you place an order, it will go through the online order process with free shipping.
When we will receive the order, we will contact you to let you know if your order will not be able to be shipped via the
promotional shipping method. If you have any questions regarding placing an order, please contact us.
To receive the free upgraded Next Day shipping on orders over $500.00, choose Option 2 as the shipping method in your shopping cart
If your order qualifies for FREE 2 Day Shipping, select option 3 as the shipping method when items are in your shopping cart
Keep in mind the delivery time is business days. Holidays and Weekends are not included when calculating delivery dates. So if you place
your order by 1 PM Thursday, you should expect to receive your order by the end of the day Monday, as an example.
Orders under $150 are subject to a shipping fee. Our standard shipping fee for all manufacturers is based on the weight of each item.
When you add the item to your cart, it will calculate the shipping cost for you.
The minimum freight charge is $12.00.
We ship most orders via UPS or Fed-Ex and both companies offer tracking #'s which allow you to determine exactly when
you will receive your shipment.
