Most orders over $500.00 qualify for Free Overnight Delivery by the end of the day (Excludes GROHE Discounted Less than35% off the list price). Most Orders over $300.00 qualify for Free 2 Day Delivery (Excludes GROHE Discounted Less than35% off the list price).
If you desire to have your order shipped Express, select the appropriate shipping method when the items are in your shopping cart. If your order is over $500.00 and you desire to have the Next Day Shipping, select shipping method 2. If your order is over $300.00, select option 3 for free 2 Day delivery.
If you select the free Ground Shipping method, we will send your order ground. We will not automatically upgrade your order to free 2 Day or Next Day Delivery. We do this because we realize customers often place their order well in advance of when they need their product, and thus do not need express shipping.
Exclusions (Orders that do not qualify for free express)

This does not happen very often, however we reserve the right to refuse the free upgraded shipping option if items are not all in the same warehouse. For example, you place an order for a Moen Faucet for $635.40 and a Kohler Soap Dispenser K1894CVS $48.18. The total of the order is $683.58, which would normally qualify for FREE Next Day Shipping. However, if the Kohler Soap Dispenser is stocked in a different warehouse than the Moen Faucet, we will not ship the Soap Dispenser for free by itself. It is not feasible for us to cover the cost of shipping a $48.18 dispenser Next Day Air by itself. We will contact you before shipping your order to notify you
if your order will not be able to ship with Free Upgraded Shipping
Items that do not qualify:
GROHE Discounted Less than35% off the list price and Hansgrohe Product. Hand Shower Sets, Shower Bars, wall bars, and 24" or longer towel bars, Kohler Shower packages which include a 24" bar, Shower Panels such as 27010000, Insinkerator Garbage Disposals, all Sinks, all Toto products, and all tubs. Any
item of large dimensions, larger that 20 X 16 X 10, or heavier than 20 LBS does not qualify.
