Shipping Policy
We make every effort to ship products the same day they are ordered. With that said, we cannot guarantee any dates for delivery, and we cannot be held responsible for shipments arriving later than expected arrival dates. Please do not schedule your plumber or plan for installation until after you receive your product.
*Please be advised that if you provide a shipping address different from your billing you will be required to add that address into the notes on you Credit Card as an alternate shipping Address before we can ship. Please Read our “Confirmed Address Policy” further down the page for more information.
Shipping Time Cutoff
Express Orders received or placed after 1 p.m. (Pacific Standard Time) will be shipped the following business day. The same is true for all ground shipments that are in our inventory.
Tracking Numbers
We do provide tracking #'s for all of our shipments upon request*. Tracking #'s are available the day after your item has shipped. In most cases we will email you the tracking # the same day we ship the item, but sometimes we drop ship orders directly from the manufacturer or other distributors.
Methods of shipment:
We mainly use Fed-Ex to ship our packages. Unless otherwise specified, we ship out packages via Fed-Ex Ground. All of Fed-Ex’s services are available, such as Next Day Air, Second Day Air, 3 Day Select, etc. Please call us toll free 888-386-1171 if you would like a quote for us to send your order via any other method than UPS ground.
Non-Continental U.S. Shipping:
We do ship to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, Ect. The cost to ship is more than what is posted on our website. Please call us toll free 888-386-1171 for a quote.
Confirmed Address Policy
Faucets4Cheap.com will not ship to any address that has not been confirmed. This helps us prevent fraudulent charges and protects your card from fraud. A confirmed address has to either be your billing address or an alternate shipping address that you have added into the notes on your card.
How to Create a Confirmed Address/Alternate Shipping Address
To create a confirmed address you need to call the 1-800 number on the back of you credit card and inform them that you would like to add an alternate shipping address into the notes on your credit card. Once this address has been added you can call us at 1-888-386-1171 and give us the 1-800 number so we can call your credit card company and verify the address. We feel that this creates a safe purchasing environment for both the customer and merchant so both can feel secure about purchases made online. If you have anymore questions feel free to call us.
How The Confirmed Address Policy Protects You From Credit Card Fraud
In rare instances a credit card number can be stolen. The thief can then charge whatever he wants on the card and have it shipped to whatever location he likes. Our policy prevents this by requiring any address different from the billing be put into the notes on the card. Only the Card holder is allowed to add an address as specific personal information about the card holder will be required by the card company before an address will be added. This policy has already prevented several fraudulent attempts and is creating a safer place for online purchasers.
